IRE

i went to the grocery store before I headed back to the place I am staying and was in awe of this flat escalator.
made me feel a little weird once I was on it.

well that about wraps it up for Ireland, tomorrow I fly to London.
I had enough time in cork to explore other parts of the area today,
I took a quick train ride down to cobh (cove). which was recommended by a couple of hosts that I stayed with. it's the 2nd largest natural harbor in the world. it was titanic's destination point but more importantly this was the harbor that was Ireland's immigration point, everyone who migrated to America or anywhere else did so from this harbor, needless to say their museums are on the depressing side.
primarily a focal point for people who are on a quest to learn about their roots.
I spent the last few hours sitting in central cork,
people watching,
debating whether or not I should get an ice cream cone.
one thing that kind of bothered me is the euro coin
I have over 20 euro in 1's and 2's, I tend not to think about it when I'm buying something and it starts to add up
in my pocket,
in my jacket,
in my bag.
there have been a few times when I have dropped my coins everywhere.
like an American who doesn't know any better.
